The difference between the green and white seems like it will be huge compared to the gold and silver if green and white were both placed in the top bracket and gold and silver were both placed in the bottom bracket of 4 brackets. It will still be a mixed bag at U10 in NCSL... they don't truly Promote and Relegate teams in NCSL until Spring of U11.  You will have some strong teams and weak teams... since they don't track the scores at that age, it will be hard to determine who is excellent.... but rest assured you can expect some games to be complete 10-0 blowouts.
