DS's was July 8 to keep it off the fall bill, but we could have until September sometime to get it waived. The bill is due before then, though, so we'd have to wait for it to be adjusted and refunded. OP, I did a text chat with our insurance provider to clarify what would be covered OOS, and then I used the online "find a doctor" system to find doctors that were in network. He's near both a small hospital and a major medical center, and it all looked fine.[/quote]
