So much churn and chaos. I know of a few board members who have daughters that play at other clubs as a result.

The boys program is in better shape, a decent pipeline to VDA for their "stars", for example. They play ECNL-RL and were fairly successful last year (mid table or better, generally, save maybe the 09s). But the girls program is a mess, sadly (full disclosure, my DD's came up in Herndon Rec and played for HYS as well).[/quote]
