[/quote] I laughed at the top photo because she's a pretty woman but that dress is deeply unflattering. It makes her look like a toddler in a Christmas dress. The anecdote about the woman mocking the knock offs and noting you have to get it hemmed and darted was also amusing. She's totally right about the alterations. If you want it to give you at least a hint of a nice shape (and not make you look short and squat) you need to have it taken in and up.[/quote]
