That happens in every country..America not the only country with rich or well off families that are able to send or have influence to get their kid the best training, or to the pro teams or even the national team. So blaming “daddy” isn’t a great excuse

The biggest problem for me is we don’t have enough pro teams with youth academy’s for the size of our country. If you look at another countries almost all pro teams from the top division down have youth systems. In America we don’t have that so we miss a lot of kids that should be getting trained at pro level early on. Also, the college system is terrible because in college they are only allowed to practice together as a team I think for like 4 months in their peak years of 18-23ish where in most countries kids that age are already training at the top team or training everyday trying to make the top team[/quote]
