And if it's only about a survey/performance thing, tell them in a very cheery but brisk tone to send you an email if they have a survey, you don't have time to do it over the phone (if that's what they're after). If the service was actually good, I'll fill in a survey online if it's brief, but you also can just ignore it![/quote]
