I am 3 months postpartum and wondering when this jiggly, pronounced belly is going to go away. I still need to lose 20 lbs of baby weight, but I'm not technically overweight on the BMI scale. I have a sort of soft, poochy belly that makes me look like I'm five months pregnant. I'm dieting to lose the weight and working out to get back into shape, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. Did you find anything to help you get rid of the belly, or am I doomed to be jiggly forever?
It can be from skin and/or diastasis. You should look into some PP specific recovery for tummy that is protective of the pelvic floor. Its been 3 months OP.
