What's Every Mother? something to eat or drink? or a reconstructive surgery place?
It’s a workout regimen developed by Leah Keller (I think that’s her name) and validated by research. I started with a 3 month subscription I think but now have the annual one and I use the app so it’s very convenient. Each workout is 15-30 mins.

I still need to lose 20 lbs of baby weight, but I'm not technically overweight on the BMI scale. I have a sort of soft, poochy belly that makes me look like I'm five months pregnant. I'm dieting to lose the weight and working out to get back into shape, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. Did you find anything to help you get rid of the belly, or am I doomed to be jiggly forever?
