[b]See an Ophthal. You may have dry eye syndrome (serious), blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, etc.  There are many dry eye problems.  don't see an optician or optometrist.  go to an Ophthal and preferably one that really understands dry eye[/quote][/b]

Same poster:  You may also have this:  Keratoconjunctivitis sicca is chronic, bilateral desiccation of the conjunctiva and cornea due to an inadequate tear film. Symptoms include itching, burning, irritation, and photophobia. Diagnosis is clinical; the Schirmer test may be helpful..  I use the eyedrops made out of my own blood four times a day.  It has helped a lot.[/quote]
