I mentioned renter because they are fairly new to neighborhood, not apparently interested in getting to know neighbors or mention hey we are doing fireworks. No I do NOT see illegal aerial fireworks all over in my neighborhood. The legal kind, sure. Legal is limited to fountains, not anything that leaves the ground or rises in the air.
