[/quote] Everyone is different, but this method did not work for me because I would struggle not to eat the whole bar. To cure my addiction I had to completely avoid sugary foods. I ate only the naturally occuring sugars in fruit, etc. The cravings did go away and now if I eat things I used to eat like a giant piece of cake with lots of frosting (one of my past favorites), I hate the way it makes me feel and therefore I don't have any desire to consume them. So OP, the allow yourself to eat a little approach might work for you but you might also consider trying to abstain completely. Good luck either way! [/quote]
