Another first date that I loved was going on a hike with our dogs. You learn A LOT about a person when things get uncomfortable, and we had heat, humidity, bugs, and the dogs to deal with. I feel like I saw who he was at the core that day and 15+ years later I wasn't wrong. Anyone can behave themselves in a restaurant for a few hours - I'd rather see people in fun but maybe slightly challenging situations. So batting cages, hiking, playing games with friends, dealing with animals, etc. You can have a good time and also learn a lot about a person. [/quote]
