We used to hire 100 interns in the summer across all business functions plus 30-50 each in Fall and Spring.

DS (rising senior) does have an internship for the summer but applied to a ton of places and had a strong resume with on-campus experience. He says most of his friends don't have internships this summer, just standard teen summer jobs. One friend who does have a good business internship was very involved in his major's honor society and heard about the internship through that. It's really competitive out there and you need to be building your resume during the school year.[/quote]
