We do always keep the box until we decide we aren’t returning it. We don’t return constantly maybe 3-4 times a year tops. I’m sure Amazon returns are insanely abused. We have a college aged daughter who buy something, ship it to an on campus locker and not bother to pick it up within 3 days so it gets automatically returned. She’ll end up ordering it again. No cost penalty to her but a lot of labor wasted. Drives me nuts. [/quote]
