He texted in March that he'd come the following week to fix things but then didn't. At one point can we just move on with someone else to get things fixed/finalized? If you want to, take pictures / video / create a list of open items per the contract and put some of the payment aside just in case. If / when they ask to come to do work, do not be available the 1st time. Your job is not important enough for them to prioritize - do not jump through hoops to make it work for them.[/quote]
