But the front office and everything else there is an epic disaster. I was there in 2020 (successfully) and 2022 (unsuccessful). With a different doctor but they still owe me money over a year and a half later and keep “sending checks” that never arrive. It was their own billing mistake and they insisted I pay a bill on the spot. [/quote]

It is far from perfect but MUCH better currently.  I was there all of 2021/beginning of 2022 and it was miserable (but successful).  I started back in fall 2023 -They implemented a new portal in beginning of 2024 and it's been much smoother.  also a new morning monitoring system (everyone's appointments are actually in the schedule, they have printouts of what you're there for so no more confusion, and now you go downstairs for bloodwork for less shouting out random names and saying "they're in the back")[/quote]
