But the front office and everything else there is an epic disaster. I was there in 2020 (successfully) and 2022 (unsuccessful). With a different doctor but they still owe me money over a year and a half later and keep “sending checks” that never arrive. It was their own billing mistake and they insisted I pay a bill on the spot.

Do you think your second experience at DF was less successful bc of the recent changes they've put in place?
