You would send a text saying you are interested in this particular home. Your agent would get in touch with seller agent and get back to you within minutes to schedule a time to go look at it. That’s how it worked for us. When we were interested in a home to put an offer down, our agent asked if we wanted to do a pre-offer inspection and write up an offer immediately after inspection. Everything happens very quickly. [/quote]

Yes, I think they do have to communicate with each other. They need to know when the home is going to be looked at and the sellers need to agree. I think all of those converations happen between the agents. [/quote]
