Your agent would get in touch with seller agent and get back to you within minutes to schedule a time to go look at it. That’s how it worked for us. When we were interested in a home to put an offer down, our agent asked if we wanted to do a pre-offer inspection and write up an offer immediately after inspection. Everything happens very quickly. They need to know when the home is going to be looked at and the sellers need to agree. I think all of those converations happen between the agents. [/quote]
