You should be able to get into the house in the next day or two, but some of it depends on the listing agent, of course. In some circumstances you might be able to see the house on the same day — e.g. you see the house online in the morning, you ask your agent to arrange a showing, you find out you can take a look that evening after work.[/quote] I don't think they have to contact the listing agent for a showing I think they just book it online.
