For the eyes, the difference with and without mascara is significant.  I look so much more vibrant and younger with mascara.  The tips of my lashes are lighter, so it makes a big difference even though I'm a brunette.  Also, a little color and control on the eyebrows make a big difference.  I saw a rec for boy brow and I love that stuff.  I don't know how the lighter colors are, but I use medium brown and it make a big difference.

I never wear blush or highlighter and almost never wear color on my lips.  Mascara and bronzer, though, are always at the top of my makeup bag.[/quote]
