They will pull up players from lower teams who are the best to create a roster of 15-16 players for games. So, if you're not on the top team each week your teammates are different. Unsure about McLean, but I've never heard of them doing this. They have set team roster and only guest play when needed (too many players can't make the game, etc).[/quote]
