What are taking about? The handful that left were always going to leave because they think the grass is greener elsewhere. They were never committed to the program anyway… and that’s fine. But you’ll surprised to hear that many come back … some within the first season. These coaches truly care about their kids and genuinely try to develop every single player top to bottom. Many other teams only cares about their top 7 and everyone else is a backup in waiting. That will NEVER happen at VYS. The system at VYS works and your daughter will not be a lost number in a cruel cog. Some are so hyper focused on getting their kid to what they think the top team is at U9/U10 that they don’t even bother to take a good hard look at where their DC will truly develop in the long run. Those parents of the younger girls at VYS understand this and are happy with the coaches and the program. [/quote]
