Your kid would need to be a superstar on their team to make the BSC team. It's a team that loves "athletes." They look for speed and individual skill vs. the chemistry of an overall team (they are not judging; they get results). Its not clear what the new Union or whatever team will look like. Arlington has nice girls and more of a team-first focus, but it also isn't as competitive.

Not sure why you would have DD play ECNL and not HS - I would t think you'd want to do it the other way around if the idea is to lessen the pressure and have fun![/quote]
