I’m having a really hard time around 3pm with sugar cravings. I don’t do artificial sweeteners because for some reason they bring on headaches. Unsweetened flavored seltzers don’t do it for me. Today I took about 4oz of juice and added it to my 20oz ice water jug, and it really hit the spot, plus I got my water. I’m curious your thoughts on the sugar intake.
The sugar intake is what 4oz of grape juice is. Do you want the number of are you looking for something more subjective? We don’t know your diet, we cannot comment on just the juice. (But I could never criticize 4 oz in any event)
OP here. I am trying to stay in a calorie deficit, and this is only like 60 calories, but does the trick. But it’s like pure sugar. I don’t know how much that matters in weight loss since it’s calorie out calorie in, but I do wonder if it perpetuates the sugar cravings.
