It sounds like you’ve figured out something that works great for you! Juice gets a terrible reputation (the pendulum swung too far after people finally realized it’s health drink) but it’s not that bad. When I quit drinking I replaced my nightly glass(es) of wine with a small glass of sparkling blood orange soda and it really did the trick. Just be mindful of simple sugar it ame and you’re good!

I like to put a splash of cranberry juice in a glass of ice water. Just enough to barely flavor it - maybe a few tablespoons? It's not even a calorie thing for me, I just like the hint of flavor & sweetness but straight cranberry juice is too intense for me.

I love tart cherry juice with a little water. Not too sweet, not too acidic.

Today I took about 4oz of juice and added it to my 20oz ice water jug, and it really hit the spot, plus I got my water. I’m curious your thoughts on the sugar intake.

The sugar intake is what 4oz of grape juice is. Do you want the number of are you looking for something more subjective? We don’t know your diet, we cannot comment on just the juice.

(But I could never criticize 4 oz in any event)

OP here. I am trying to stay in a calorie deficit, and this is only like 60 calories, but does the trick. But it’s like pure sugar. I don’t know how much that matters in weight loss since it’s calorie out calorie in, but I do wonder if it perpetuates the sugar cravings.

I find dried fruit like mangos and figs really helps with that for me. Also dark chocolate chips.

It just makes me more hungry. The water kept me full over a period of time.
