Do PT, OP.[/quote] PS - I was 50 when I broke my wrist and had surgical repair and PT. I started moving my fingers as soon as the anesthesic block wore off a day or so after surgery. My joints are fine as is my tiny lovely wrist. I of course have a surgical scar, but there is no binding or thickness in the scar because my excellent PT focused some of our time on breaking down adhesion and teaching me how to do that at home as well - the skin is very supple and the scar is just a tiny light line in my skin. I had an excellent orthopedic surgeon and an excellent PT here in south coast Massachusetts.[/quote]
