We need more doctors willing to practice the medicine the country needs, that often doesn't pay well (geriatric, rural medicine, etc.) vs. kids saddled with huge debt that have to specialize in plastic surgery and other high $$ practices. Not sure there are any strings attached to the free Medical school, but hopefully not having the excessive student loan burden helps.[/quote]
