Then he said really how much and it was more like 7 hrs M-Th and more on F-Sun but maybe with wine involved, which interrupts sleep. So I went 2 weeks with 8 hr of sleep every single night, no wine, no caffeine. I felt like and looked like a new person. He said a year or two of good enough sleep is fine but 10 year of that can be bad. [/quote]
