You don't know who's leaving for ECNL.  You must really think that ECNL is not doing well to announce "the sky is falling."  Maybe your non-starting ECNL player should look at GA. Then maybe she'll get to play in game.  Let's face it, most of these ECNL girls players could go to GA teams and still sit. The bolded is so true.NOVA talent is too spread out among the teams. There are some age groups where you can see the most talent in the area has gathered at one club but for the most part, talent is scattered. If NOVA brought together the best based on talent alone, (not $$ contributed to the club, or parent being on the right board) we could compete nationally. That goes for the best coaches too. Unfortunately pay to play and ego are always going to be a road block.[/quote]
