I think it depends on the 2~4 - if they'll all Champions Cup Clubs (cream of the GA crop) like NEFC, TopHat, Ukies and Nationals Blue then it's a big deal

You don't know who's leaving for ECNL. You must really think that ECNL is not doing well to announce "the sky is falling." Maybe your non-starting ECNL player should look at GA. Then maybe she'll get to play in game. Let's face it, most of these ECNL girls players could go to GA teams and still sit. NOVA teams aren't going to win any national titles until you get the best 22 girls on one team for each age group.
