LOL, first pass completed then do grades and schools meat mins yep. Then what decides who gets in well if you think those counselors are reading all of those apps you are literally stupid. OOS students are considered completely differently. Money talks. Full pay helps tremendously and stats who cares... Nephew 2.5 GPA from WI got in last year.
