I agree breakfast or even just coffee with other parents is a nice idea. Information on the upcoming school year is a great idea too. I personally am not interested on info regarding de-stressing or separation anxiety, but perhaps others are. We already dealt with separation anxiety early on in preschool, so if it hits again, I think I know how to handle it.

I have heard a few schools do a practice run riding the bus before school starts. That woulds be nice to build comfort.

Class playdates before school starts would be fun as long as some are offered on weekends for those who can't take off during the week.[/quote]
