Thanks to getting old, I now have curly hair that doesn’t need to be washed every day after a lifetime of being hopelessly oily and straight and maybe managing a ponytail on day two. But I still can’t pull off day two hair because I always look bald in the back! How are you guys doing this without getting a bald spot? What am I missing? My hair is very thin and fine, is it hopeless? I can’t get it to go away unless I get it so wet that I might as well have washed it.
Personally, I would just wash most days and let it almost dry before blow-drying. I can’t believe I spent so many years blow drying a near soaking wet head. I am not sure if you mean that center part in the back of your head. I have it even with clean hair in the morning. I saw a youtube tutorial wear she flat ironed the pieces and did a lot of teasing and spraying. I can manage the teasing and spraying part.
