FYI, if nasal congestion is the big concern, pseudoephedrine is very effective and doesn't disrupt my sleep. If you have a cough that is keeping you up, you might want your doctor to prescribe cough syrup with codeine. I have found that effective and doesn't leave me groggy the next day.[/quote]
