They were out of the house for a week. [/quote] NP: My experience is that everything in DC costs more and is made to be over complicated, primary because of the sorts of people who live here. People from the Northeast (MA, NY and NJ) have money, and cost of living is similarly expensive, but they don’t put up with the crap and insane bids that we do here. [/quote]
