I have found a program that I love and has quick results. I know that it is the right way for me to lose weight. So why do I still cheat every single day? Any tips? How do you stop yourself from cheating? I do great with meals, but I can’t stop reaching for a candy or cookie between meals. It’s not that I’m hungry. I just have zero willpower.
If you are "cheating" you don't really love the program and the program isn't really working for you. We all love and want quick results, but programs with quick results also tend to be overly restrictive and lead to the exact behavior you are describing- craving sweets between meals, good/bad all or nothing mentality, "cheating" and feeling like you field if you eat a cookie. All that aside- I am an out of sight out of mind person. I will forget we have cookies in the house if they are tucked away, but leave them on the counter and I will want one every time I walk by. You can also not buy these times. But that can be hard as others in the house may want them.
