[/quote] this is school by school. many top colleges say you if you apply as not needing aid, you cannot later apply for aid. Yes, some will allow for change of circumstance, but some will not. They're very clear about that on application. They know they full pay is a boost and pivoting off that the next year is a bait and switch in some schools minds. Check the box unless you're a millionaire many times over.[/quote]
