[/quote] Eh, I met a registered dietitian who told a colleague "you might as well eat regular pasta, it has the same amount of carbs as whole wheat pasta" and when questioned about fiber content said it doesn't make much of a difference. Just finding an RD doesn't guarantee you will get good advice. Ask for referrals before you see anyone. [/quote]
