Nova Physician's Wellness Center in Arlington. I personally haven't had success there, but others have. Weight Watchers has in-person meetings; Ideal Protein you can meet in person with your coach or whatever they're called.
This place is terrible. They recommend a 900 calorie diet. It's not realistic.
I had the same experience. they prescribe medication and a 900 cal/day diet. If you are just looking to get a prescription then this place is great, but if like me, your insurance won't cover monjaro/medication this place is useless. If I could follow a 900 cal/day diet I wouldn't be in the situation I am in.
yup I went to one in Fairfax-I have 15 pounds and they came in with ozempic and a 900 calorie diet plan that I could have found myself online. What happens if you take ozempic/wegoovy lose the weight and then stop taking it....this is my fear.
