The first time (around 2012) I lost about 60lbs, the second time (2019-20) about 80. All of the weight is back on.

This place is terrible. They recommend a 900 calorie diet. It's not realistic.
I had the same experience.
they prescribe medication and a 900 cal/day diet. If you are just looking to get a prescription then this place is great, but if like me, your insurance won't cover monjaro/medication this place is useless.
If I could follow a 900 cal/day diet I wouldn't be in the situation I am in.
