Dr. Khan was not "warm & fuzzy" overall but he was caring and reassuring - or at least tried to be - during the diagnosis of male issues in our situation. I didn't love him but he was OK and our IVF worked so I was very grateful. I get the feeling that if you have any complicated issues, though, SG in general may not be the place for you since their approach does seem to be rather non-individualized - ie, they try you on their basic protocols first before trying anything "different."
