We have a Breville Dual Boiler and a DF83 grinder, along with a French press, Hario V60 and a Hario Switch, and an Aeropress. We take our coffee pretty seriously, especially after my husband discovered James Hoffman. Whom you should look up on YouTube. lol The French press makes great coffee if you use clean water, quality beans, and a decent grinder. If you’re looking to get brewed coffee then look at a Technivorm Moccamaster. You can find used ones on eBay for around $150. Knew they are closer to $300. If you want a proper latte then you’re in for a journey because espresso is a whole ‘nother beast. A Bambino is a fine starter machine. I’m not sure how it is for steaming milk but you can also get stand-alone frothers. I would also recommend Lance Hedrick as a great coffee YouTuber. Both he and Hoffmann have videos that will answer all your questions in detail, plus more you haven’t thought of yet. Good luck! 👍
