You can't be serious with this. You must not know any teens if you think this is how they operate. These teens are told: - Don't fight - Don't bring weapons to school - Don't skip class - Don't do drugs And THEY DO IT ANYWAY. That's because their brains are wired for high-risk activities and they're subject to peer pressure and rebellion. It's up to adults and the school system to ensure teens comply with what they're told to do. And parents are not in the school building with the kids during the day, admin, staff and teachers are. Which is precisely why schools are granted "in loco parentis" status. They are expected to take the place of the parents.[/quote]
