MCPS is responsible for student discipline and he was supposedly disciplined in accordance to this level of violation in the student Code of Conduct. What that punishment was, we won't know because FERPA.[/quote]
Did they commit this act on school grounds even? Don't we have real laws that govern this?  MCPS isn't equipped to be doling out justice. Seriously, what if a kid committed a capital crime would they just ask MCPS to dole out punishment? This is nuts especially since it likely didn't even happen at school.[/quote]
