- quietly move money; check with your lawyer about this.  Prepare.

- when the time comes, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE.  Serve her legally, and moved her belongings out.

- serve her with a restraining order behind her back; it will apply to both a person and a location; have the police forcibly removed her from your home; record it.  It may help your case when she resists.

- where she goes next?  It is NOT your problem.

Listen here OP:  this woman treated you like trash throughout your entire marriage; she does not deserve your respect.  She is nothing; less than nothing:  treat her as such.  With your lawyer’s help, take everything you can from her, then forget she was ever born.  Turn your back and move on.

Grow up and see divorce for what it really is in your situation.  [/quote]
