You see the issue here, right? She does not have any respect for: YOU. Now listen up.

- STOP mentioning divorce. Just stop entirely.

- get a lawyer and DO NOT TELL HER!!! Not one word.

- play nice. Be kind. Be generous. Mention the good times. Raise the possibility of reconciliation. But,

- do EVERYTHING your lawyer says. Everything. To the letter. And

- record everything. Use your IPhone. Record what she says. Install hidden cameras (with audio in VA, but not MD). Write things down she does, in detail, with dates. Again, tell her nothing, and be nice!!

- quietly move money; check with your lawyer about this. Prepare.

- when the time comes, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE. Serve her legally, and moved her belongings out.

- serve her with a restraining order behind her back; it will apply to both a person and a location; have the police forcibly removed her from your home; record it. It may help your case when she resists.

- where she goes next? It is NOT your problem.

Listen here OP: this woman treated you like trash throughout your entire marriage; she does not deserve your respect. She is nothing; less than nothing: treat her as such. With your lawyer’s help, take everything you can from her, then forget she was ever born. Turn your back and move on.

Grow up and see divorce for what it really is in your situation.

1. Tell your kids (and anyone else how matters) the facts.

2. File anyway. She doesn't need to agree. You will each get 50/50. End of story.

She cheated the entire marriage? Gross nasty woman. Kids will see through her soon enough.
