If so, I'm surprised that you'd take this route considering there are budgetary constraints. Babysitting kids in one room who can't behave is a recipe for disaster.[/quote] I don't think it is the best route but it the route schools will take. Long term it would be cheaper than actually figuring out ways to prevent the students from having problems to begin with. I don't think high schools will use this approach but I do think elementary schools will.[/quote]
