DH’s salary is currently around $210k now. (I am retired) Employer is very generous with 491k (25%) and we have over saved so no additional contribution is required. We already saved and paid for college for our two children, so that is no longer a factor. DH’s retirement is within the next year. He just has to pull the plug. We save around $4k a month post tax.
