I just looked it up. Apparently a duck is not actually bigger than a chicken. It's about the same size.   So I am going to guess that one entire duck would be enough meat for 4. [/quote]

Ha Ha!  I would probably end up doing the same.  
Cornish hens is an option.  I have made those several times.  They are about 3 to 3 1/2 pounds each.  Each person gets 1/2 of a cornish hen.  
The only problem I would have with cornish hens though is my oven is small, so I could only cook 4 at a time.  [/quote]
