They requested photos from many more mass shooting sites but were denied them. There are no bloodied dead bodies to see (I sometimes wish there were because it would drive the point home more effectively), but there are quite a few of the aftermath of the massacres after bodies were removed. The scenes from classrooms are the most poignant and shocking.

In other countries these photos might be tame, but in this country they are shocking. I'm hoping there's no paywall (I can't tell because I'm a subscriber) so that those that need to see the photos will take a look. I find it ironic that both the Israeli and Hammas authorities use graphic photos to create support for their respective sides, but that we in this country avoid such photos, even though we are one of the most violent countries in the world.
